Part-Time Nurse Practitioner

Integrative Body & Mind (IB&M) is a patient-centered Direct Primary Care practice based out of Fort Morgan, serving rural and community-based patients in Colorado. We are seeking a part-time Nurse Practitioner to join our clinical team and provide relationship-based primary care without insurance-driven pressure. This role is ideal for a provider who values autonomy, longer visit times, and the opportunity to grow clinically alongside the practice. 

Position Overview 

• Part-time position, approximately 24 hours per week 

• Direct Primary Care services to start 

• Progressive, collaborative clinical environment 

• Colorado-based practice 

Key Responsibilities 

• Provide comprehensive primary care to DPC members 

• Build and maintain long-term patient relationships 

• Manage acute, chronic, and preventative care visits 

• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in compliance with Colorado standards 

• Collaborate with IB&M leadership and administrative staff 

Qualifications & Preferred Experience 

• Active Colorado Nurse Practitioner license  

• DEA registration (or ability to obtain) 

• Strong communication and patient education skills 

• Comfort working independently in a small practice setting 

• Interest in completing additional education and training to provide Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) services in the future, consistent with IB&M’s long-term care model and similar to the advanced training completed by the practice owner
